Low Carb Tiramisu Cheesecake

Tiramisu has to be one of my all time favorite desserts! This recipe has all of the flavors from Tiramisu, but in a cheesecake, Yum! I used dark rum and instant coffee crystals to flavor this dessert, but you can use any liqueur you have in place of the rum. Kahlua is great as well. I hope you give this a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Low Carb Cake Doughnuts with Coconut Crumb Topping

Here they are as promised! If you like coconut these doughnuts are sure to please. They are quick and easy to whip up and the minis bake up in just a few short minutes. I used toasted unsweetened coconut for the topping. Yummy! I hope you enjoy these tasty little treats.

The carb count will vary depending on the sweetener you use. I used Xylitol, Splenda and molasses yielding 18 mini doughnuts with 2.75 carbs each.

Low Carb Chocolate Cake Doughnuts

I don't know about you, but I have really missed eating doughnuts! I have been working on a few doughnut recipes of my own and this one is really good. I was in heaven this morning, I finally had coffee and doughnuts again! I even bought this handy mini doughnut maker that cooks them in less than 3 minutes, it's awesome! I am working on a vanilla doughnut coated in coconut, I'll be posting that one soon too :)

The carb count can vary depending on the sweetener you choose. I used molasses, Xylitol and Splenda, yielding about 18 mini doughnuts with 2.5 carbs each.

Low Carb Iced Mocha Protein Shake

I love iced coffee drinks, but they can be loaded with sugar! I like to make my own, that way I know exactly what's in them. This drink is very easy to make and very delicious too! You can easily create other flavors by substituting vanilla instead of chocolate protein powder and sugar-free caramel syrup for the chocolate, etc...I would love to hear what your favorite flavor is!

Low Carb Pumpkin-Cranberry Muffins

I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread, but usually only eat them on Holidays. Why I'm not sure, because they are delicious! Here is a very tasty pumpkin muffin recipe, I know I will make more often. If you don't like cranberries simply omit them. These muffins are very soft and moist, I hope you enjoy them!

These muffins only have 4.4 carbs each.
